RENTAL RATES Payment is only accepted in US dollars. The vacation home is officially reserved when payment in full is received. We require 90 written notice of cancellation in order to receive 100% refund less 5% credit card processing fee. $895-1095/Week We have weekly and monthly rates for high and low season. The weekly rates include cleaning fees. 13% local taxes apply to rental rates. Heated pool rates are $120 per week.
